Admission Procedure

• Anyone seeking admission to Zealot Public School has to fulfil the necessary conditions for admission into any class as per school rules.
• The school register names for admission in any class in the month January / February.
• Registered applicants will be tested on the basis of the standard of NCERT syllabus on a particular date (Exact date 8 time will be notified at the time of registration).
• Registration depends on the availability of seats.
• Candidates short - listed on the basis of written test may be called for interactive session and final list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school notice board.
• Selected students will be admitted within three days after the declaration of result on Notice Board /on the date mentioned.
• Minimum age is 5 yrs as on 1st April for admission to class 1st with a difference of one year for every class. A concession of 6 months on either sides may be given for admission to student in class 1st and onwards.
• The school leaving certificate/transfer certificate duly signed by the head of the institution last attended and countersigned.
• No student migrating from a school in a foreign country other than the school affiliated to C.B.S.E. shall be eligible for admission unless an eligibility certificate in respect of such a student has been obtained from the board.
• No person who is under the sentence of rustication or is expelled from any Board/University/School or is debarred from appearing in the examination for whatever reason by any Board/University shall be admitted to any class.
• No Student shall be admitted or promoted to any subsequent higher class unless he/she has completed the regular course of study of the class to which he/she was admitted at the beginning of the academic session, qualifying him/her for promotion to the next higher class.
• The school reserves the right of final decision in matters of admission. All papers submitted in support of an admission, will become the property of school and will not be returned. Documents needed at the time of
  admission are as follows:
  (a) Three passport size photographs
  (b) Two family photographs
  (c) Address Proof
  (d) Category Certificate
  (e) Transfer Certificate (Original)/Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation
  (f) Copy of Mark Sheet
