Admissions

Admissions are open from play group to Class IX & XI. As per the provisions led down by state Government, the minimum age requirements will be 3 years

Dcouments needed at the time of admission are as follows:
(a) Three passport size photographs
(b) Two family photographs
(c) Address Proof
(d) Category Certificate
(e) Transfer Certificate (Original)/Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation
(f) Copy of Mark Sheet

Dismissal

Student may be dismissed for using slang language, immoral behaviour, breaking school rules, laziness to work, absence without permission for a week, damaging school property, stealing, non-payment of fee and fighting with co-students.

Withdrawal

• A month's notice for withdrawal must be given in writing, duly acknowledged, or a month's fee in lieu of before withdrawal of a candidate. Generally, it takes a week after submitting the withdrawal form to issue the Transfer Certificate.
• Students withdrawn from the School during the year, without notice of withdrawal to the School, will be required to pay the fee for the whole of the sum.
• Every application for Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing on the prescribed form.
• If a student is withdrawn after January, fees up to March must be paid. A duplicate copy of the transfer certificate shall be issued only for adequate reasons in which case student must pay entry fee.
• No leaving certificate will be issued unless applied for by the parent or guardian in writing and all the dues have been paid. Fees are due as long as no notice of withdrawal is given and the student's name has remained on rolls.
• All applications for the Transfer Certificates must each the School Office by 25th March. In case of transfer, the last date for the application for a Transfer Certificate will be 30th June. Any application made after these dates will be entertained only after the payment of the whole year's fees.
• An application for a Transfer Certificate has to reach the Principal's office at least two days in advance.
• The application for a T.C. must be made on the prescribed form, available in the school office, together with the prescribed fee and must be signed by the parent /guardian.
• No Transfer Certificate is issued until all the dues to the School are paid.
• The parents will have to pay the expenses involved in counterikigning of the T.C.
• The School reserves the right to ask the parents/guardians to withdraw their child if his/her progress in studies is found unsatisfactory, his /her attendance is irregular, his/ her conduct is harmful to others, and for reasons which in the opinion of the School authorities render his/her continuance in the School undesirable.
