Required Documents For Admission

Admissions are open from play group to Class IX & XI. As per the provisions led down by state Government, the minimum age requirements will be 3 years.

Documents needed at the time of admission are as follows:

(a) Three passport size photographs.

(b) Two family photographs

(d) Category Certificate

(e) Transfer Certificate(Original)/Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation

(f) Copy of Mark Sheet

Dismissal

Students may face dismissal for various misconducts that disrupt discipline and the school’s ethical standards. Using slang language, engaging in immoral behavior, or breaking school rules can result in serious consequences. Persistent laziness, unauthorized absence for a week, or damaging school property are also grounds for dismissal.

Theft, non-payment of fees, and violent behavior, such as fighting with fellow students, are strictly prohibited and may lead to expulsion. Schools uphold these policies to maintain a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment. Students are encouraged to act responsibly, respect school guidelines, and uphold values that foster academic and personal growth.

Withdrawal

A month’s notice for withdrawal must be given in writing, duly acknowledged, or a month’s fee in lieu of before withdrawal of a candidate. Generally, it takes a week after submitting the withdrawal form to issue the Transfer Certificate.

Students withdrawn from the School during the year, without notice of withdrawal to the School, will be required to pay the fee for the whole of the sum.

If a student is withdrawn after January, fees up to March must be paid. A duplicate copy of the transfer certificate shall be issued only for adequate reasons in which case student must pay entry fee.

No leaving certificate will be issued unless applied for by the parent or guardian in writing and all the dues have been paid. Fees are due as long as no notice of withdrawal is given and the student’s name has remained on rolls.

The application for a T.C. must be made on the prescribed form, available in the school office, together with the prescribed fee and must be signed by the parent /guardian.

No Transfer Certificate is issued until all the dues to the School are paid.
